The merging of Bing and Yahoo index might show that they have the potential to compete with Google. Illustration, tech, search engine, virtual, web, art, background.

We recognize that Google is the leading search engine accessible for mankind presently, however, it's not the only search engine available, there's also Bing, Baidu, Yahoo, and Yandex.

For some points, those search engines are minor because of the Google early search engine expansion, difference in the algorithm implementation; and perhaps for the geography, language, and law surrounding their target user. Baidu and Yandex is an example of creative execution for platform adaptation to the language and font element; in China and Russia respectively.

Another reason, Google also acquired some antitrust case, therefore it is forced to watch their steps more carefully and should give its competitor more chances to grow. One of the competitors is Bing, a search platform owned by Microsoft. Bing is a search engine that has several tools for webmaster just like Google Search Console (GSC) in spite having slight variations.
